Performed precision heat tune up on 2 luxaire heat pump systems. Both 20x25x1 air filters are clean. Checked temperature rise at both air handlers. Checked operation of emergency heat. Blew out condensate drains. Checked refrigerant pressures at both heat pump units. Recommend installing 2 reme air scrubber units for better air quality. Both systems are working fine at time of inspection.
