Inspected boiler and found boiler has not been serviced in some time. Removed inspection plates and cleaned between sections. Removed and cleaned burners. There was heavy corrosion and rust. Replaced fusible link with 149 degc link which was much lower than the original limit. Put boiler back together and fired. Gathered information for replacement. Performed combustion analysis and draft test and monitored operation.
