Reviewed piping that was leaking to determine origin of the leak. Leak was most likely caused by low temperatures in the kneewall area of the home which caused the leak. Need to cut out section of piping and replace section of piping and add insulation. Filling and purging of boiler are required. It would be best to insulate the roofline instead of insulating the floor and bring the kneewalls into the building envelope to prevent future issues.
