Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on the Gas Fired Boiler. Removed Burners and Cleaned. Cleaned Pilot Assembly and Thermocouple. Inspected Heat Exchanger while Burners were removed. Cleaned Pressure Switch Tubing. Put Boiler in operation to test. Tested the Expansion Tank and found that it was full of Water. Recommend Draining Expansion Tank of Water. The Expansion Tank helps protect the Boiler and the Piping in the event of an influx or increase in Water Pressure. Included an estimate for the Draining of the Expansion Tank. Tested Water Temperature and Water Pressure. Performed Combustion Analysis on Boiler. Performed Heating Tune Ups on the Mini Split system with Three Indoor Units. Removed and cleaned Air Filters and Indoor Coils on each unit. Tested operation of Units in Heating Mode. Inspected Components on Outdoor Unit and tested for proper operation.
