Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Amana Gas Furnace system. Replaced 16x24x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Condensation Pump and all drain lines on Furnace. Inspected Electrical components and tightened all connections. Inspected Burners, Ignitor, and Flame Sensor. Visually inspected Interior of Heat Exchanger from the Burners. Some rust forming inside the Tubing walls but no signs of cracks or damage at this time. Put system into operation and tested in Low Stage and High Stage Heating. Performed Combustion Testing in both stages and measured Gas Pressures. Adjusted gas pressures within standards to enhance combustion readings. System operating to standards upon completion.
