Estimate for comfort and efficiency improvements for the home. Customer indicated 2nd floor space is not heating comfortably when the outdoor temperatures go below 45 degf outside, Reviewed equipment and found Trane air handler from 2012 matched with Trane heat pump from 2021 with 15 kw heat kit in air handler and 2 circuits fed to air handler. System is zones with 1st floor/ second floor zoning. Need to diagnose why unit is not heating properly. Thermostats were replaced by customer shortly after they moved into home with Nest eco thermostats. Inspected ductwork and found sufficient supply and return air ducts and supply and returns to 1st floor. Inspected studio area, one supply air vent in room and baseboard on all perimeter walls. Customer said room would not get hot enough. Inspected boiler and found valves for purging were in poor condition and loops may not have been purged properly. Also found old feeder valve was installed on boiler. Recommend service plans for boil
