Checked over where bathroom vent was above kitchen ceiling there is a small water spot. More than likely this was cause from the metal pipe sweating. Told homeowner the only real solution to fix this would be to cut open the drywall ceiling and insulate around the supply boot and metal supply pipe. She is going to paint over the spot for now and is not that concerned to rip ope the ceiling at this time.
