Orginally customer called because of two ducts inside garage wall that was sweating. Customer worried about mold. Advised customer that we would have to open up walls to access ducts. Advised customer that it would make more sense opening walls in spring time. Customer will open walls for ducts. Advised customer that a reme halo would benefit their indoor air quality. Customer went ahead with reme. Checked customer complaints about outdoor unit being noisy. Could not find any immediate issues. System running as it should. Advised customer we would go more in depth during spring check.
