Completed 6 Month inspection for 5 Ton AC/120,000 BTU natural gas furnace. Replaced 16x26x1 filter Tested system in cooling. Temperature split 70-49=21° Good. Measured static pressure. Checked fan speeds. Inspected condition of indoor and outdoor coils. Checked wiring and controls. Left recommendationsfor surge protectors. Inspected drain and components. System has EZ trap and condensate pump safety. Left estimate for wet switch as well which is an additional water safety device. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics: Good Left estimate for plan membership. Benefits includes reduced diagnostic fees and discounts on repairs and accessories in addition to 2 tune ups per year (1 in heating, 1 in cooling) Discussed and left estimate for APCOX whole home air purification system.
