2 plan member Heat Tune Ups 1. 50KBTU Natural gas Comfortmaker furnace that serves basement and first floor. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Made call for heat from thermostat. Measured hot surface ignitor resistance. Cleaned flame sensor; verified flame rectification circuit. Checked pressure switch and components. Measured temperature rise and static pressure. Checked all wiring and motors. Found weak blower capacitor. Homeowner agreed to replace. Inspection of burners ignitor and flame sensor: Good Combustion/draft test: Good Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance. 2. 2 Ton Comfortmaker Heat Pump with 8KW strip heater that serves 2nd floor. Replaced both 20x20x1 filters. Checked back up heat/measured amp draw of strip heater. Measured temperature rise. Checked all wiring, electric motors and components. Checked refrigerant pressures.
