No A/C, checked system and found that the outdoor air movement system has failed also, need to follow up with replacement cost after factory opens.
WO-TNFR183327 replaced indoor air movement system, system was giving code E201 is a error code for indoor motor. Programed board to size and model of air handler. Supply air temp 53 degrees return air temp 76 degrees. Blower wheel is clean. I recommend electric surge protector for system, customer stated system went out after storm .
Customer stated indoor air movement system isn't coming on. Checked blower motor. Blower motor is bad. Air movement system has ECM motor. System also is showing fault code E201 indicate bad blower motor. Motor will have to be quoted tomorrow supply house is closed at this time
Found leak in system.There was old residue on the inside of electrical compartment and on the inside of condenser. Found leak in the Condenser coil at the outdoor unit. Condenser coil needs to be replaced. Also checked indoor evaporator no leaks present
Warm Air club rejuvenation heatpump. Filter clean. Drain cleared out. Blower wheel clean and spins with no obstruction. Tempature rise 34 degrees. FLA factory spec 1.10. Fla a tual .99. RLA factory spec 16.0. FLA actual 7.5. Voltage enhancement system factory spec is 45/5 actual 43.3 and 4.8. Customer stated that the out door fan stopped running when he turned the heat up. Checked operation no issues were found. Unit possibly went into defrost. Wd40 wipedown. Operation normal at this time.
Club service A/C, 19 degrees delta t, cleaned rapidly and checked indoor air filter, operation normal at this time.
