We are pleased with Moon Services and Products. Coz and Clay were extremely knowledgeable about products and applications of our system. They were easy to communicate with and through in their attention to details. An awesome job!
Response from Moon Air Inc.:
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review.
Excellent service! Exceeded my expectations. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I highly recommend!
I was a contractor myself for many years. As a result, I tend to notice the quality of individual services provided - perhaps more than I would otherwise. Koz merits high praise by any measure. He is professional, intelligent, conscientious, diligent and highly customer oriented. The manner in which he recently performed needed service our home not only reflects extremely well on himself but Moon Air as well.
100% good guy

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review!
Moon Air is a first rate HVAC contractor. They have assisted me with a 9 month long renovation of a vacation property on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. They are knowledgeable, highly service oriented, and they screen and train their service personnel very effectively. They are also very diligent in their follow-up after the sale. Steve Podesta functioned as the Project Manager - I give both him - and Moon Air - my highest recommendation
Steve Podesta is a highly knowledgeable, highly customer oriented. professional sales rep for Moon Air. Based on my experience in dealing with a number of HVAC companies over many years, I give Moon Air my highest recommendation. Steve is a first rate sales rep, is degreed in Mechanical Engineering and is extraordinarily well qualified to advise prospects in need of HVAC services and advice. In my opinion, he is as good as it gets.
