Performed Two system heating maintenance Barn furnace Filter currently has a washable filter, cleared the dirt from it Blower is clean Made a small repair to the drain line (coupling wasn't glued) Checked gas pressure 10" Flame sensor clean Trap clear Intake and exhaust clear Main system, run tested heat pump In current conditions it is producing over 41,000btu at 100% capacity with a 35⁰ temp rise Gas furnace pressures set to 6" on low fire and 10" on high fire. Temperature rise rating is 20-50 Actual temp rise 40 for high and low fire Flame sensor clean Filter is good No concerns found today
