Upon arrival, furnace is shutoff at power switch. Powered on system and atremted a blower run test. Blower motor makes a humming noise but does not spin. 5uf capacitor replaced in December is still good. Blower motor has failed with open internal windings. Failed blower motor replacement. Oem 1/3hp blower has failed and will not spin. Replaced with new universal PSC blower motor and test run operation.
