Preventative maintenence inspection on two Daikin high efficiency gas furnaces fueled by propane. Second floor system AA210 air filter replaced today. Basement system AA210 air filter in good condition. Left new filter on filter rack. Shop vac inside and out of furnaces to remove dust and debris. Cleaned flame sensors and checked ignitors. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation traps and drain lines. Run test units in both stages of gas heating for test Manifold gas pressures. Both furnaces are operating within Manifold gas pressure specifications on both high and low stages. Temperature rise for each unit in both stages is within range. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Basment dehumidifier was not plugged in, nor does it have a plug close enough. Jerry got extension cord to plug dehumidifier in. Test ran dehumidifier and set to 50% for basment.
