The reason for todays visit was to quote a solution on adding or changing out customers whole home attic fan. Today when we saw the attic fan it was a standard gable fan with roof top venting. There was a false “gable” vent on the front of the home but when we looked at it in the attic it was a solid wall behind it. When we finished addressing the gable fan, we also looked at the pull chain light and the interior outlet that had issues as well. Customer opted out of having these things taken care of at this time and would like to review our solutions before making decisions. While out, we also saw the service cable and the dedicated circuit for the AC disconnect is very much torn. We wrote for recommendation of replacement as well as the AC would have to move due to clearance requirements. We brought these to the attention of the customer and provided a solution as well. At this time no work is scheduled.
