This solution includes the installation of a new 150A panel, exterior disconnect, surge protection, updates to grounding and bonding, arc fault protection for all aluminum circuits, gfci protection at wet locations and unfinished areas, aluminum remediation for the homes devices and lights. Additionally we shall add a receptacle in the second floor hall bathroom, remove and replace the first floor bath fan, replacement of the post lamp fixture and the installation of the new hood fan. Includes permitting and inspections. We have begun the scheduled work, we shall return next Wednesday to continue with the scheduled work. We have installed the new receptacles in the bathrooms and have completed the alumiconn installations for the upstairs. We shall return tomorrow and complete the remaining aluminum wiring repairs.
