Arrived onsite and we were first shown the 3 gang switch box at the front door and she described condensation being the plate. After looking in the box and outside at that area on the house, there is a lack of insulation in the wall, its wood siding with no moisture barrier, and really all 3 of those switches should be replaced due to age, rust, and improper installation. We then went down to the basment and i preformed a safety assessment where i found things in the panel, and then a lack of bonding at the hot water heater. We then went into the basment living room where be started troubleshooting an outlet behind a tv that was out, and found the ones on that wall were out alltogether. We opened every single box in that vacinity and found nothing to be connected to those. We were told the father had moved all those outlets where they are now and from my findings, i think there is a buried splice in the wall or buried junction boxes. After presenting options she wanted to hold off of
