We have restored power to the rear exterior receptacle. We found loose wiring and an improperly installed open air splice/junction in the wall at master bathroom receptacle. In addition we have replaced the existing outdated smoke alarms with new 10year sealed battery combination detectors. Lastly we have removed the Siemens breaker from the Westinghouse panel and installed appropriate CH BR style breakers. This solution includes the wiring repair for the receptacle in the master bathroom. In addition we shall trace out the new wire feeding out of the receptacle box in the master bathroom, replace the breaker not rated for the Westinghouse panel. And update the homes antiquated smoke alarms, replacing them with the 10year sealed battery, hard wired interconnected combo detectors, 3 in total. We recommend having the service cable and panel replaced due to age and deteriorating conditions.
