Installation of new customer supplied light fixture. We will remove current broken “puff” style light fixture and replace with a newer but smaller style LED light fixture. With using customer supplied material, warranty is limited to craftsmanship and not material due to us not supplying. Replace both light switches located inside of the kitchen. One switch controls current damaged light fixture second accesses the switch controlled outlet. Installation of whole home surge protection to further assist the home in protection against harmful voltage spikes and protection of the sensitive appliances. Surge reflects lifetime warranty.
