Installation of new devices located in the living room switch bank. Current devices are re-used and have wires cut out of the quick stabbed ports causing electrical hazards. The wiring also is not properly terminated and is causing lights to flicker due to not being twisted properly. We were called out today to look at a ceiling fan that was not working and a hallway light that was flickering. We determined that the ceiling fan was not working due to the battery in the remote dying. The flickering hallway light was caused by improper termination of the switches. We also gave solutions to replace the Pushmatic main panel, including the installation of arc-fault breakers ad surge protection.
