The reason for todays visit with customer was outlets through kitchen and office area not working. After being greeted by Mya, i was shown the problem areas in the kitchen and office area. I then explained to Mya what we would be doing today on our visit such as the Performance and Safety Inspection. Mya then walked me to the panel which is located in the second part of the garage. While performing my PSI i saw that the home owner had an early 250 amp Sqaure D QO panel’s. The panel on the left was a 150 amp 30 slot with multiple shared neutrals. The panel on the right was a 100 amp panel for car charger, heaters, and drier. After assessing the panel i saw that there were 10 single pole circuits that had a shared neutrals and they are required to be on a two pole breaker. After assessing the panel, i made my way through the home checking devices in each room and came across the kitchen outlets/office outlets which we were originally called out for. The outlets were protected by the GFCI
