I began outside, then came inside and asked if he had any primary concerns which is where he brought up the garage outlets, and then I went through my checklist from top to bottom on the top floor all the way down to the panel on the basement, the following items that were direct safety concerns and that is what he ended up addressing. After the replacement of all of the following items, I showed him the new ones, explained the new 10 year sealed smoke detectors and then finish writing it up.
