Arrived onsite and was shown the layout of these condos which was a basically where he has 3rd and 4th floor, and his neighbor has the balcony below him and has the 1st and 2nd floor. The panel is on the top floor in a bedroom so we would have to run 6-3 romex out to the balcony, pop out into a junction, and then switch over to thhn to run the wire over and down to the outdoor plug we end up installing. It would go from the top floor to either the common wall, or the closer garage wall. I also discussed surge protection and why that would be important as well for this setup. I wrote up a few options but without any HOA approvals we cannot move foreward at this time. Now he has a good idea of what to bring up to the HOA to gain permission for the install.
