Installation of two new ceiling fans located in the living room and the back deck. We would utilize current fan boxes previously installed and switch banks. We would install MFG recommended in-wall remotes that come with the fixture located in the living room and then install a standard decora switch for the rear. Installation of new dedicated circuit for the new EV charger. We would open sheet rock in the garage and drill down to the unfinished utility room landing circuit in the panel on a 50 amp GFCI breaker. Breaker will be re-used for EV charger but however due to us not providing there will be no warranty offered on the device. Price does not reflect any drywall or paint repair.
