Reason for the call was bathroom GFCI circuit keep tripping. We saw that one of the breakers on the circuit was melted and overheated. We did a full assessment of the home and saw that the devices were very old and falling apart. They were backstabbed, which is a key factor of overheating and power loss. Gave customer options to remove and replace all devices throughout the house, replace breakers in panel for multi wire branch circuits, and also replace the exterior light.
