Today’s visit was for working. We took a look at the panel and the receptacles. Michael was out here a couple of years ago and replaced them. They were in good condition. When looking at the panel, we saw that the breaker was tripped. We recommend replacing the arc fault breaker to prevent any further issues because it is very sensitive and the power outage could have possibly caused it to become faulty. Customer decided to move forward with the work. We replaced the breaker and it was working as intended upon our departure. I also recommend replacing the cover plates for your devices to plastic to prevent them from failing quicker than normal.
