Arrived onsite and resident let me know she was just looking for estimates today. I took a look at the downstairs bedroom and what would need to be done to convert that over into a ceiling fan fixture, and then as led upstairs to the art studio where she had 3 fluorescents that went across the ceiling that she wanted replaced for a newer led style lighting. I also did my assessment where i found the panel had some evidence of heat damage on the main lugs and answered her question of whether they were at capacity there as well. I talked to her about a possible panel upgrade to 200 amps to give them more wiggle room for newer circuits as well as prevent any more damage.
