Arrived onsite and the resident first showed me to the hallway lights and outside lighting and tried to explain where she thought all the switches were for it all. I found out where the correct switches were to go to all the corresponding lights and then walked her through and explained what was what. She was very surprised. She then showed me to the hallway lights, and the upstairs bath light where bulbs had broken off in sockets and were older lights and pretty fragile. I managed to get the old broken parts out and installed customer lights. We then troubleshot the outside lights as well and determined that the garage one is bad because of the photocell and motion sensor, and then the one on the front of the home is dimming and in the same boat as the garage, except it still turns on. The post light was also the same age and I recommended replacement of that as well. As we went throughout the home i went over some safety items such as smoke detectors and what i had found in the panel
