2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Customer had concerns about bathroom vent not blowing, went in crawl space and found torn flex duct, customer has had raccoons and other animals get in and tear things down, will come back tomorrow to replace 6 inch duct. Completed heating maintenance and found no issues. Replaced filter 1/3/25: returned to replaced bathroom air duct and confirmed airflow System is heating at this time
