Furnace Repair Complaint: No Heat burners light but the fan won't kick in Furnace never would re light. Cleaned pilot assembly and orifice and bi metal strip for 3 wire pilot sensor. Need to come back and clean burners. Unit still not safe to run at this time. 3/17/23 Cleaned and inspected furnaces in Apartments 1-4. Turned on gas meters to all Apartments. Furnace in Apartment #1 has a strong possibility of a cracked heat exchanger, bad blower motor, and bad blower relay which has been bypassed using the thermostat. Furnace in Apartment #2 also has a possible cracked heat exchanger, bad blower relay, and thermostat. Thermostat must have fan in the On position for system to be operational. Maintenance replaced thermostat. Furnace in Apartment #3 has a bad blower motor. All 4 systems are coming on and going off as needed.
