Secondary heat exchanger is rotted out and inducer isn’t pulling flame well enough. Flame rolls out all over box and trips on flame sense. Confirmed with photos and showed owner photos of secondary, Pete is coming to give estimate on furnace and AC April 6th at 930. She has paid a diagnostic with card. Unit not heating. Confirmed outdoor unit operates for cooling mode.
