3/23 Washed coils for south sanctuary unit and pastors office mini split 3/24 completed cleaning of coils and outdoor electrical checks. Next time we need access to thermostat key to be able to check refrigerant charge and observe operation. 3/27 All filters are changed and refrigerant charge on systems are good. System supplying the Sanctuary on the north side was not running at all due to wire rubbing through and shorting out on the system. Repaired wires and verified operation of the system.
