Shawn was excellent! He was thorough, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why, and very personable. I have complete confidence in Shawn’s workmanship. I am very pleased with the professionalism both Shawn and Pete (in estimating the job) showed. I will return to Charlie’s in the future!
