Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Renewal Checked wire connections. Replaced filters. Electric heat strips are operating normally. Puron levels were within range. System had to be tested in heat mode due to high outdoor temperature. Fan motor bearings on outdoor coil are really beginning to wear out. May need replaced in the future. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
