2022 Fall Check Up PCSA <br> Furnace #13 had a completely clogged drain line. Cleaned and flushed drain. Furnaces #9 and #14 have louder inducer motors and are hot during operation. Will continue to monitor during future check ups. Furnace #1 is occasionally tripping on high limit. Furnace #4 needs a new flame sensor. Current one is broken at the mounting base. North Package Unit is showing a high temperature rise and CO reading coming from the flue is extremely high indicating the burners aren’t firing correctly. <br> <br> 10/12/22 Cleaned burners and inspected heat exchanger on north Package Unit. No signs of damage to heat exchanger and burners appear to be operating normally. We will continue to monitor. <br> <br> 1/6/22 Replaced and programmed thermostats for north and south sanctuary systems, lobby, office, and stage. Discovered south Package Unit had a blown transformer. The reason this has gone unnoticed is because the thermostat has been drawing power from backup battery and t
