2022 Fall Check Up PCSA Prepaid Noticed trace amounts of CO in the house. Most likely caused by smoking. Adjusted gas pressure from 1.5 to 3.5. Noticing a strong amount of what appears to be smoke residue inside the furnace. Strongly recommend inspecting heat exchanger to make sure there are no cracks or damage. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time. 2/13/23 Inspected heat exchanger and burner tubes. All were clean. Furnace appears to be safe and operating normally. Replaced inducer motor under parts warranty.
