Found and replaced bad relay board for confirmation of closed overhead door. Labor included in price of relay board for gas furnace set up. 1 hour of labor charged for diagnostic work on 480 electric heater. Found bad thermostat which must be replaced. Upon returning I will replace thermostat for southeast and northwest electric heaters for building 2. Will also permanently wire around indoor ambient sensor for south east electric heater.
