I have been a customer of Charlie’s for many years. Never have they ever disappointed us. Daniel is an honest phenomenal serviceman. He has demonstrated his honesty several times. When trying to solve a problem, he doesn’t start by installing expensive parts like circuit boards, he honestly tries to isolate and determine exactly what the problem is. Five stars service
