Unit makes a knocking noise on initial start up during cold mornings in heat mode. Inspected unit cycled system, everything checked out. Spoke to Carl at crescent he said to adjust the charge, if that doesn’t work it’s probably something expanding or a reversing valve screwing up. Adjusted charge, if it happens again we need to be here on a cold morning to see it start up
