Complaint: No Heat Recommended filter change. Problem is occurring in air conditioner mode. Equipment is operating. I put thumb gum in the hole where the thermostat wires come through to avoid sensor interference. Tenant has been told she needs to replace filter. Problem may be occurring but as of right now no issues found
