We have had two service calls recently. One was on Thursday 5/23 and the second one on Saturday 5/25. A technician named John came on Thursday and had to do a lot of work. He was very patient with me and happy to explain everything he was doing and why. Very nice guy! I did need a follow up on that Saturday and Charlie came to clear out a nozzle and adjust a pump. Both guys arrived quicker than I thought they would be able to which was very much appreciated. In addition I received an education on the burner and how these things work which I appreciated as well. You have two great technicians in John and Charlie.
