Brian, made a call for the annual service call for the oil burner at AC. was extremely thorough and checking the AC in the attic and outside. While servicing the oil burner, he noticed a little leak in the bottom of the oil tank and immediately brought it to my attention. He also shared it With the office and made some measurements about taking the tank indoors or outside. Throughout the whole process, he shared his observations with me and I which I very much appreciated. I could not thank him enough for his thoroughness .
