Right now, I'm pretty upset about how Hart is handling the Air Conditioning Emergency I called about yesterday. It's 12:45PM and still no sign of getting it fixed today. Michelle called about 1/2 hour ago and didn't know what she's supposed to get prices done for - much less locating the equipment to get the job done today in 100 degree heat.
