Came home to no hot water. Called Hart for a service call. Was unhappy with the operator I didn’t feel she was helpful. She told me a service tech would be there in four hours I said that’s unacceptable I want some sort of an ETA. Shortly after hanging up with her the service tech called me and said that he would be there in about an hour and a half and I said thank you that’s fine I just needed to know some sort of ETA. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable request. He also called when he was enroute to my home. I was frustrated and angry & I took it out on him. But I did apologize. When he got there he explained everything to me, was patient, and fixed the problem. He was very good & very nice.
