He did a great job very kind and considerate My only problem with the company is & I have said this in the past is the lack of communication. I had a 12pm - 4pm time slot. At 3:40 pm I called to see if anyone was going to come. She was kind & stated yes, but with the storm last night he is running way behind. All of which is understandable - But why doesn't someone contact me and communicate that to me.
