I would say everything about the service that was provided was outstanding. Aside from Don's great work repairing my furnace, and very quickly and cleanly at that, Don also shared a lot of really useful information about the system and how it worked and what needed repair, as well as providing information about new equipment, should I desire to go down that path in the future, also providing useful guidance on maintenance and possible signs of trouble to watch out for.
