Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Only thing is i felt it was a bit expensive. $1400 for a 4 shut off valves that cost around $40 each and a new sink. 3 hours of work. Over $400 an hour seems a bit much but I haven't had plumbing work down in a while and i guess service inflation is in effect. I would recommend them and use them again, but you are gonna pay and need to have those expectations.

After calling several plumbers who were unable or unwilling to work on a tankless water heater, I was lucky to spot an ad for My Guy Plumbing in our local community magazine. When I called, I was impressed right up front with the professionalism of Jill who made the appointment with one of their tankless specialists. Mike K. and his assistant Al were here on Friday to inspect my leaking tankless water heater, and did not disappoint. They quickly diagnosed the issue and Mike immediately got on the phone with their distributor to confirm a replacement unit was in stock. Beyond that, he cut some “red tape” for me with the logistics of swapping my broken water heater with a new one under the manufacturer’s warranty. The following Monday, he showed up with the new unit and installed it neatly and effectively - a very professional job.
