Matt and Carlos were excellent! I had a leak in my bathroom They went over in detail of the work that needed to be done. They were in and out within an hour. They also suggested changing our very old shut off valve that has a leak. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Should I need another plumber? I will definitely call My Guy!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Only thing is i felt it was a bit expensive. $1400 for a 4 shut off valves that cost around $40 each and a new sink. 3 hours of work. Over $400 an hour seems a bit much but I haven't had plumbing work down in a while and i guess service inflation is in effect. I would recommend them and use them again, but you are gonna pay and need to have those expectations.

Leak inside the wall and ocean Township New Jersey
Arrived to the home to replace shower valve through tile, customers tub spout had ripped of the wall resulting in the valve not diverting to the showerhead. After demo of tile, I discovered that there is a drop ear fitting for the tub spout that had a blk iron nipple that attached to the spout. The blk iron had rooted away resulting in the problem. Demo tile to expose existing shower valve. Cut out and removed existing shower valve from the home. Supplied and installed new Moen posi temp shower valve from the front of the bathtub. Soldered all my connections. The existing water main was a very old gate valve, I advised to the client that before I turn the water on, to have me replace the water main as well. Shut off water at the curb. Cut out and removed old gate valve in the basement. Supplied and installed full port ball valve in its place. Secured those connections and turned the curb back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Turned the main on and checked for

Warranty on Parts*** We had recently replaced the shower cartridge for the existing delta monitor shower valve, we arrived today because client states a very minor drip is coming from the showerhead. When I went into the enclosure the shower head does have a very minor drip from it. I advised to the client to have me swap out the shower cartridge again to stop the dripping. I advised to the client, that if the drip does continue, replacement of the actual shower valve itself is highly recommended. I will leave a quote to replace the shower valve through tile, if needed, and will give some credit from the first visit towards the replacement.
Hardness 4 Ph 7.8 Chlorine .4 ppm Arrived to the home customer states shower head won’t shut off. I diagnosed this issue as a failing delta cartridge. I provided options and client would like us to attempt to replace the part. Supplied and installed direct replacement delta shower cartridge. Secured my connections and turned the home on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Adjusted high limit setting for client as well.
