Matt and Carlos were excellent! I had a leak in my bathroom They went over in detail of the work that needed to be done. They were in and out within an hour. They also suggested changing our very old shut off valve that has a leak. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Should I need another plumber? I will definitely call My Guy!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Only thing is i felt it was a bit expensive. $1400 for a 4 shut off valves that cost around $40 each and a new sink. 3 hours of work. Over $400 an hour seems a bit much but I haven't had plumbing work down in a while and i guess service inflation is in effect. I would recommend them and use them again, but you are gonna pay and need to have those expectations.

From the initial entry through to the final payment and cleanup, Tim provided the highest standard in professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and skill which is easily recognizable to me ; I know quality when I see it. Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Upon inspection seems like it is tile job. Gave options to open ceiling to be sure. Tile guy was here and customer is convinced it is tile and doesn’t need further evidence. Collected 59

Arrived to the home, client states that their existing kitchen faucet leaks when the valves under the sink are on. It leaks from up top and floods the kitchen countertop with water. I highly recommend replacement of the kitchen faucet. I provided options for replacement and client would like to have MyGuy Plumbing install a brand new Moen Arbor kitchen faucet with a full warranty. Turned off valves under the kitchen sink. Disconnected water lines from existing faucet and removed the faucet from the countertop. Cleaned surface of counter top. Supplied and installed a brand new Moen Arbor kitchen faucet. Secured new faucet to the countertop. Made up water connections. Turned valves on and ran water to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Plugged off other hole using a sink hole cover for the client.

Arrived to home for leaking dishwasher. Upon inspection found dishwasher was full of water and floor was beginning to lift from water damage. Tried to drain it but it would not drain. Pulled out filter for dishwasher and cleaned off and tried again but nothing changed. Gave options to install a new dishwasher once one is bought and on site. Also left options for garbage disposal. Let customer know to call an appliance company if they decided they would rather have it repaired. Will credit 39 towards Any option
Replaced main water shutoff in Ocean Twp, NJ
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a mysterious leak in the laundry room. Upon inspection found that the customer is having an issue with their furnace and the leak is coming from what appears to be the blower motor unsure so recommend customer to contact qualified hvac company. Recommended Atlantic air systems. Upon inspection also found that customer has a Navien tankless and it has never been serviced recommend maintenance and or installing a water conditioner on the cold water inlet side. This filter last approximately 9-12 years and removes calcium and magnesium molecules in the water that create hardness which is one of the #1 issues that can cause failure of the unit. The condensate line runs directly into the crawlspace. Recommend installing new pvc line and condensate pump and running it to the pump that pumps out into the sanitary sewer. Arrived on site client stated she would like for us to replace her main water shutoff valve with quarter turn ball valve. She also mentioned she is getting a new fridge soon and would like for us to replace her icemaker valve that is located above the water heater. We will returning another day to perform work.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking relief valve and one zone seems to not be producing heat properly. Upon inspection found signs that the expansion tank had failed in result the relief valve began to leak. Recommend replacement of both safety features on the boiler. It appears the smaller 3/4” zone is not producing heat and the circulator pump is extremely hot indicating that it may be air bound. Recommend purging both zones to remove air before performing any further diagnostics. Replaced expansion tank, relief valve, and purged both zones. Tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Payment will be collected over the phone. Office gave permission.
Arrived on site and client stated their tub was not draining. Upon inspection the tub is draining fine but the lever on the overflow needs to be pushed in in order for the tub to drain. Left estimates to replace tub waste and overflow. Home is on a slab and wall must be cut open to gain access to tub waste and overflow.
Arrived on site to install new ice maker line and ice maker valve. Installed with line and valve and tested for leaks when done. Filled up a few cups of water and the icemaker is working as it should.
Arrived on site client stated their ice maker line was leaking. Upon inspection I noticed client had a saddle valve for the icemaker line and plastic tubing for the water. Gave estimates to replace valve and water line. Will return at a later date to complete work.
