I had an exterior faucet that wouldn't turn off. The indoor shut off valve wouldn't turn either. MyGuy was able to fit me in the day after I called. A team of 2 (Charlie & Matt) arrived within the time frame given. They were polite, personable & professional. Our original call was for regular maintenance on our Navien Combi-unit boiler and to replace a faucet. {The boiler was NOT installed by My Guy Plumbing.} While performing the maintenance on the boiler, Sean noted that some errors had been made during the installation and corrected the problems. He has also changed the piping under our kitchen sink and replaced an old pipe that was leaking. Through it all, Sean and his assistant, Matt, have been thoroughly professional and very accommodating. They take pride in what they do and their work is outstanding. We will definitely be having any future work done by My Guy Plumbing.
