Hard pipe water heater remove tank booster Arrived to home, for tank booster failing. Upon inspection found that it was not keeping temp. Gave options to diagnose. Screens were not blocked and saw no issues. Customer decided to just have us remove booster. My guy hardpiped water heater and removed booster. Tested and purged. There are no leaks at this time. Set water heater to A. Water still inside tank is very hot. Ran multiple fixtures for a few minutes to lower temp. Customer is aware and will continue to run water and tp be very careful. Aware we are not responsible for any burns if something were to happen.
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspecting there are some issues we found that should be rectified, for today customer would just like all options emailed over to them.
Today we arrived on site to complete work when my guy plumbing took apart the pop-up assembly we noticed that the sink was starting to come apart underneath my guy plumbing wrote up estimates to get a new sink installed customer will call us back when they are ready and have the sink when we return to install new sink as a courtesy, my guy plumbing will be performing a minor rebuild on the upstairs toilet. Replaced basket strainer serving kitchen sink. Brick Township, NJ 08723
Arrived on site customer stated that they have clogged toilet. Upon inspection found that the toilet was clogged and customer stated nothing was dropped in the toilet. Gave options and customer would like us to auger the toilet. Sent down auger and hit a hard blockage and was able to remove it flushed toilet multiple times and everything appears to be on working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived to the home, customer states a leak before the meter that will not stop, I discovered the existing meter yolk is a ford valve with a built in valve and replacement of the entire yolk with a new valve before it is highly recommended. Shut off water at the street. Drained down the system. Disconnected and removed existing cast iron meter yolk from the home. Supplied and installed new full port ball valve before new meter yolk that I installed. Secured all my connections and turned the street valve back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Purged the system of air as well. *Customer has requested a hard copy of the invoice mailed to their primary home.
Arrived on site client stated his shower was backing up and when running the upstairs shower it would come out of the downstairs shower. Snaked the shower drain from underneath the lav sink and the water dropped instantly. Ran hot water downstairs at the same time and the shower is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site client stated thier hose bib was leaking through the walls outside. Turned hose bib on and it appears the hose bib itself broke and froze on the inside. Client has a ball valve for the hose bib. Replaced hosebib and made connections inside. Turned water on to check for leaks and there are no leaks at this time. 1 year parts and labor warranty on the hose bib. Warranty voided if hose it left on the hose bib and freezes and breaks.
Arrived on site to perform sewer scoping. Camered towards street and found no blockage, broken pipes, or backpitched pipes. Sewer main appears to be pipes with PVC.
Arrived on site client stated her kitchen sink was clogged. Gave estimates to hydro jet and snake kitchen drain. Client would like to hydro jet at this time. After multiple efforts I was finally able to restore flow to the kitchen sink. Filled and dumped the sink with hot water multiple times. Kitchen sink is now draining as it should.
Customer stated that they had a leak on their shutoff valve in the crawl space, after inspecting we found that the shutoff valve for the hose spicket on the back of the house is leaking. We also noticed a few other issues in the crawl space as well. Myguy plumbing presented options to customer and customer will call us back if they would like to move forward with the work

Customer stated that they had no water to their fridge. After inspecting Myguy plumbing took out the icemaker line valve. Myguy plumbing installed new valve and reconnected icemaker to valve and everything is working as should no issues.
