We have had my guy in on several occasions recently to do pretty extensive work in an older home. Their work has been expert, reliable, and with courteous tradesmen who are willing to spend as much time as needed to install new equipment or make repairs. Charlie Long and Sharkey are the best!!

Arrived to home for water co,ing from kitchen sink. Customer stated pipes froze during last storm and defrosted but only the faucet in the kitchen was not working since then. Checked sprayer head and saw that it was clogged with sediment. Explained why this happens so she was aware. There were no other plumbing issues in the home. Collected 59 for coming out.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection after completing inspection MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates on what we found to get rectified. For today customer would just like to flush tankless. After we flushed tankless MyGuy plumbing tested all work and at this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should. If customer has issues with tankless we advise customer to give us a call.
Arrived on site client stated when using the kitchen it comes out of the shower. Upon inspection the crawlspace the client has galvanized piping which I recommend to get replaced. Also he does not have a main shutoff valve in the crawlspace before and after the meter so a left estimates to replace that as well. The water company would need to be called to install new valves for the client. Today we repiped the kitchen and shower drain in the crawlspace and when done we tested for drain flow and leaks. There are no leaks at this time and the client can now use his shower and kitchen sink.

Arrived to the home, client stated they have a freeze break in the attic that ultimately flooded the first floor bathroom. Ceiling is already taken down and I can visually see the leak. I provided options for repair and client would like to just repair the break to get the water back on to the home. Cleaned surface of the piping. Cut out and removed freeze break. Supplied and installed new copper pipe and fittings. Secured my connections and turned the water back on to the home to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Purged the system of air as well. *Client is aware that MyGuy Plumbing can not provide a warranty if another freeze break were to occur.
Arrived on site client stated they shower was backing up again. Upon inspection it doesn’t appear to be the same issue which was hair the last time. This time shower only seemed to back up when I high volume of water was being used then would immediately go down when water stopped being used. Upon camera inspection client has old cast iron under the home that wasn’t in the best shape. There were no visible clogs in the drains as everything that was ran was draining fine. Client pull like senior tech out to give best possible solution for the situation.
Client is completely aware that the wall will more than likely become damaged due to the existing vanity is held in place with construction adhesive. I am having the client sign off that they are okay with the demo. -disconn3 Ted and removed existing vanity - supplied and installed new shut off valves, supply lines and new drainage - secured new vanity to the wall - added sealant for the top and secured connections - made up drain and pressure tested drain for leaks ** are no leaks at this time - caulked vanity top as well * client is aware of my guy not being aware of any damages done to the wall * previous vanity was sealed together using liquid nail or construction adhesive. * customer gave permission to remove vanity even if it meant causing damage to back wall * parts and labor warranty only on rebuild underneath sink, cannot warranty customer supplied products, faucet and vanity.
Membership (open ceiling to further diagnose leak) Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Upon inspection found that it could be shower strainer but would have to open ceiling to further diagnose. MyGuy charged for membership to open ceiling . Found that leak is coming from either shower door or opening in grout sections. Recommend caulking all openings around shower. Customer is now a member and no other plumbing issues in the area are present.
Arrived to home for slow flushing toilet. Upon inspection found that toilet had sluggish flush at times. Due to age, jet ports are calcified mixed with the type of low sitting flush valve in toilet which would cause efficiency of the flush. I do not think that the trap way is clogged which is why I did not offer to auger the toilet. The trap way may not be glossed causing thing to easily get stuck after use of toilet. I recommend replacing toilet due to age of 12 years according to customer. Left options and collected 59 and will credit towards any option.
Arrived on site to install tub spout. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks at this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak coming from the ceiling on the first floor. When arrived on site the leak was coming from the airduct vent. MyGuy plumbing could not recreate the leak. When we were inspecting in thru bathroom we noticed that the tub spout was loose off the wall. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to cut open Sheetrock to further diagnose or to caulk the tub spout. Customer would liked to move forward with caulking the tub spout. After caulking the tub spout everything is working as should
