Repiped and replaced toilet flange, installed new tub waste and overflow
Complete rebuild Arrived back to home to replace flush valve for toilet. Replaced flush valve and dye tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Did not find any evidence of why toilet was running continuously after the rebuild. As of now toilet is holding its seal.
Provided options to install customer supplied RO system and replace section of sewer. Brick Township, NJ 08723
Customer stated that toilet was running after inspecting. We found that the flush valve is letting water through my guy plumbing sent over options for a new toilet and to rebuild the existing toilet. Customer will call back in the morning to decide which option they would like to move forward with.
Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. On the inspection I found 2 accordion style traps in the upstairs bathroom. Under one of the sinks some drain repairs will need to be made to make the drainage up to code. Also found that the gas flex and gas valve for the water heater in the garage are not up to code. Left options for client and they would like to talk it over with daughter.
Arrived on site clients downstairs bathroom was backing up out of the shower and the rest of the home was draining fine. Pulled toilet and immediately found thick sewage at the toilet flange. Snaked from the downstairs toilet and cleared customers downstairs bathroom and she is now able to use her downstairs bathroom. Put camera down the line and found what could be multiple breaks in the line. Told customer we will have senior tech out to give accurate estimate on a permanent fix.

Customized settings on tank water heater.
Failed water heater Upon arrival, customer stated the hot water heater was leaking from the top. After an in-depth evaluation, the following has been determined: * a breach on the inside, holding tank was causing water to leak out of the top of the hot water heater. * the existing hot water heater needs to be replaced. After going over options with the customer, the customer chose the option which suited their needs the best. A new hot water heater was installed. All components and connections have been tested and are operating as intended by the manufacturer. All gas connections and water connections have also been tested and are in safe operating condition.
